What happens to your investments, should something happen to MY Money Investments or our technical partner, Ticker Plant?
At the outset, we are a well-founded company with a sound business model and excellent financial backing. We will be here to serve our customers for a long time to come. However, we re-iterate that all the investments - mutual funds, equities, NPS, deposits - made via MY MONEY INVESTMENTS are made entirely in the name of the investor. These investments will be fully and freely available for direct access by the investor at any time should something happen to us.

Your portfolio is linked to your phone number, email id and one time set Bank Account. For every transaction entered by your Financial Advisor, you will receive an e-mail, to get the transaction going, you shall have to authorise it by your password protected secured login id. Without your authorization, no transaction can be passed. It’s a maker-checker concept, as followed by in Banks. Further, all your financial transactions are linked to your pre-set Bank Account, hence money can either enter your portfolio or get back to the same Bank Account. As an investor, you do not need to worry on this count.
